International Shipping Policy
We ship outside the United States and Canada by special request only. If you are placing an order from any other country, you must agree to the following terms:
You agree to assume all shipping costs.
We are not responsible for any customs restrictions or other regulations that apply in countries outside the United States.
International shipments (outside the US) may be subject to taxes, duties, or other customs fees upon delivery. As the recipient you are responsible for any such fees at the point of delivery. Please understand we do not collect or make these charges. All taxes and fees are solely up to your country's tax authority and customs officers.
By law, we are obligated to report the exact amount of the value of your course materials on the customs form. Item description reads "Educational Materials".
If for any reason the package is seized by customs officials, we cannot issue a refund unless all products are returned to us undamaged and in their original condition. If the package is returned you are still responsible for any shipping charges.
